Southern California Conference for Undergraduate Research 2025 (SCCUR)

I had another opportunity to present my STEM@GTRI research, this time at the Southern California Conference for Undergraduate Research at California State University Channel Islands. I was able to present my research during a poster session to a number of undergraduate and postgraduate students. Getting to step into a completely different research community was definitely refreshing. Students from Caltech, UCLA, UC Berkeley, and other California campuses shared work ranging from neural decision-making to burnout in the Silicon Valley workforce. I left with far more ideas than I could list here—and a genuine appreciation for the curiosity and dedication in those presentations. I would like to give a special thanks to Dr. Ahmed Awad and all of the other SCCUR faculty members for making this event possible and giving me the opportunity to present my work at their institution.
